Located in one of Dubai’s most sought-after waterfront communities, this one-bedroom apartment in Peninsula Three underwent a complete transformation with a partial renovation only.
The goal was to create a refined, functional and highly personalized living space while preserving the existing developer finishes wherever possible. By carefully upgrading key elements and introducing custom-made solutions, we were able to completely change the perception of the apartment and maximize its potential.
