Peninsula One, Studio
This studio apartment was designed for a young lady as her primary home — with the flexibility for future rental. The project shown is currently 80% complete, with several custom furniture pieces still to be delivered, including wardrobes, a mirrored false panel to conceal the electrical board, an internal storage unit, a dining table, as well as balcony furniture and final décor.
The interior is created in a soft neoclassical style.
We added wall panels, installed new vinyl flooring, repainted all walls and skirting, and fitted the appliances. Electrical points were relocated for better functionality, additional sockets — including universal ones — were installed for everyday comfort, and lighting points were reorganized.
Shower partition door was added to enhance bathroom convenience, and custom cabinets will be installed as the final stage.
Although the apartment did not undergo a full structural renovation, it was thoughtfully transformed to reflect an individual design vision — creating a comfortable, elegant, and practical living space for its future resident.
